These Sesame Chicken have a light sesame flavor that's perfect in stir-fry, or serve satay-style with a peanut dipping sauce. Fully cooked, these chicken are great for lunches on the go. Just thaw and serve any way you like!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 heaping Tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 c. Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
